Hallo, ich bin Piotr Golab, Küchenchef.

In meiner Familie hat man mir öfter gesagt: Piotr, du wärst ein guter Lehrer. Du kannst gut erklären.

Auch Freunde und Bekannte fragen mich immer wieder: Wie würdest du das machen? Mal geht es um einen Schweinebraten, mal um Nudeln, mal um ein Essen für Gäste.

Dabei ist dieser Wunsch gewachsen: Warum bringen wir diese Menschen nicht an einen gemeinsamen Tisch? Die Idee begleitet mich seit fast sieben Jahren. Jetzt mache ich daraus die Gastronomie-Gemeinschaft.

Einen Ort für alle, die gerne Gastgeber sind: Köchinnen und Köche, Menschen im Service, Lehrlinge, Anfänger und alle, die zu Hause für andere kochen.

Hier darfst du fragen, Erfahrungen teilen und auch deinen Senf dazugeben. Freundlich, mit Respekt und mit dem Wunsch, einander zu helfen.

Denn jeder weiß etwas, das einem anderen weiterhilft. So soll aus unseren Fragen, Tipps und Erfahrungen eine gemeinsame Wissensbibliothek wachsen.

Für mich ist das Schönste, wenn wir einem Menschen ein Lächeln schenken. Mit gutem Essen, aufmerksamem Service oder einfach dem Gefühl: Du bist hier willkommen.

Die Mitgliedschaft soll kostenlos bleiben. Wir bauen diese Gemeinschaft gerade auf. Wenn dir die Idee gefällt, erzähl Menschen davon, die gerne Gastgeber sind.
